Toilet training is a natural step in a child's development. This book (featuring a toilet flushing sound chip) reassures children that the toilet is not something to fear but part of the growing-up process. It includes Potty Time Success Chart.
My son loves this book and it has help him to be less afraid of going to the potty!

Both my son and Godson love this book! It was very helpful preparing them for potty training. They loved the interactive "flushing" button.

This is a great book for my 2 year old who is beginning potty training. He loves to push the button to make the toilet flush.
Awesome Book

I bought this book because it showed a real toilet and not a child's potty seat. Since we had choose to start our potty training on the big potty I wanted books that showed the same thing so as not to confuse my son. The flushing toilet sound turned out to just be a bonus. I was dreading hearing that over and over again, but when I gave it to my son as we were leaving the post office from picking it up. I heard him say over and over again, "AWESOME". That was the first time I had ever heard him use that word and still the only time he says it is when we are reading this book. He loves this book!
Good book for us

I bought this and 'The Potty Book' together 2 years ago for my now 4 year old son. They are both good books. However, this one has a flush button. Yes, it's annoying but for some reason he loved it. Which made it his favorite night time book. The flusher was used A LOT and the batteries died about a year ago. I went to Radio Shack to get 2 replacement batteries for the old book but they were about $5 each. I'm buying another copy of this book for my youngest who is now 2, also a button lover. This will be the first childrens book that we repeat purchase because it's a winner at our house.
Good way to introduce potty training for boys

My nearly two-year-old son enjoys this book -- we haven't officially started potty training him yet. But we thought this would be a good first step towards introducing the idea. He carries it all about the house with him, "flushing" the book often. As a result, I feel he is a little less intimidated by the real potty and its flusher.
