This is not the book for you if you have an actual mental illness. This is a book full of illustrations giving you a pep talk. The Instagram captions from motivational accounts. The kind when you tell a friend that you're depressed and struggling and they say "Just exercise and listen to music and you'll feel better."
If anything, my expectations for this book were too high. Either way, I dont recommend getting it, as I do not think it will help you.
