This is one of the best how to books I have seen in awhile. It tells the tales that all of women have gone through at one time or another as girls. It gives you the strength to hold out on that relaxer. This is what alot of us need to hear. Kudos Michele

I didn't even realize how many questions I had about caring for and styling my child's hair until I read this marvelous book!Michele N-K Collison gets to the root of the problem and serves up a book that is USEFUL,informative and full of warm wit and humor. Even if you think you know it all, this book will open your eyes! Do yourself a favor and read it.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! The hairstyle instructions are easy to follow; the information is comprehensive, covering everything from afros to zig-zag parts; and the personal anecdotes from real-life parents set it apart from most how-to hair books.
