Condition of book

I have not yet read the book because when I received it, it was covered in some gross substance. I specifically selected the best condition possible and was willing to pay the extra money for a good, clean book. Unfortunately, that is not what I got. I would not hgave I'm not sure the screening process for the way the books are rated, but I would expect that "Like New" and "Very Good" would actually mean those things. I am very disappointed.
