Clearly explains how to use ISO to add value to the business

The authors approach to ISO 9000 is very refreshing. The ISO "roadmap" graphically represents how the standard applies to a company and makes good sense.The implementation approach is clear and really adds value.

Very clear and easy to understand

The book takes the subject of implementing a management system to comply with ISO 9000 and makes it easy to understand in common sense business terms. There seems to be a real effort to make ISO 9000 relevant to business improvement. I found the book quite useful and full of helpful hints.
