This one is not all that useless

The reason I gave this one such a high rating was because it is a fun book but also some of the info in the book I was able to show recent professors that gave more facts about things we were studying. A prime example was what was written about Gregor Mendel. It is a good book and enjoyable and you will learn alot!

Facts galore in this interesting piece of work

Isaac Asimov, someone typically associatied with science fiction novels, compiled this tremendous book of facts that will amaze you. If you are planning on scoring big on "Who wants to be a millionaire?" than this is the book for you. This compilation of useless facts is grouped by subject and can be read from cover to cover, or is a useful source when writing a paper and looking for that one interesting attention getter that will make your paper seem much better than it really is. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that does a lot of writing, since it does contain so many interesting things about so many subjects. Enjoy!

What a GREAT book !

This is one of my all time favorite books. There are incredible facts in here that you will not see anywhere else. You can use this as a basis of further research on any topic. We sure miss Isaac Asimov, one of the great minds of our time. Buy this great book!

This is the most interesting book I have ever read. Buy it.

I am fifteen years old and have been reading this book constantly for at least three years. It is massively interesting. I have a copy of this book that was printed in 1981, before some of the facts were disproven. Isaac Asimov is one of the best writers of the twentieth century. I just wish he had lived to release volume two and on.

This is the most fascinating book you'll ever read.

Fascinating and infintely readable. The single best coffee table book you'll ever buy. Read it for minutes or hours. Pick it up and flip. Every time you read it you get more great facts.
