Not a very educational introduction

Expected much more for the price. The title implies you will get a very good general overview of the processes and details of universal nuts and bolts of the Construction Managers duties and objectives. Instead, its a jumbled mess of non-pertinent information that is FAR from an introduction to the real world tasks and organization of the Construction Managers side. I would say its a good book for outsiders (who never expect to BE a construction manager) to understand what a CM does but not how to learn to be a CM or how to go about being a CM.
