I've had this book for years now and I find I use it often. I like the idea of breaking the chapters into short subjects. I especially like that she has an index that lists emotions with pages to turn to for insight. I have found comfort and peace of mind by reading and doing the exercises, especially the chapters that reference anger, self worth and self image. She has so much wisdom on cultivating the relationship you have with yourself as well as with others. I highly recommend this book.
