Great Book For Private International Law Attorneys

It covers topics of choice of law, choice of forum, US jurisdiction on foreign defendants, service of US process abroad and service of foreign process in US, enforcement of foreign judgements in US courts, Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act and a little bit of transnational arbitration. It gives conventions, US statutes, rules and landmark cases as well. This is really a good book for people who are interested in transnational litigation and arbitration.
