A concise text. Note - it is not an easy read because the authors always use formal accounting jargon instead of plain English whenever they can. But when my Accounting 4 class used a different book, I kept referring to Spiceland because it explained things clearly without rambling. And the online resources the publisher offers are great - I especially liked the narrated slide shows for each chapter. Two issues: The authors should add more actual journal entry examples instead of just stating what to do in the text. It is visually clearer and easier to find. Also, the authors have a weakness in the math-related parts of the book. It needs more "shown problem solutions" for complex solutions, especially for inventory calcuations and LCM.
Great Book

Great book. Little too much history for an accounting book, but what are you gonna do?

This seller was great to work with. The book was shipped promptly and got here in time. The condition of the book was great, as stated in the description. The seller was also timely in responding to email questions that I had about the purchase.
