Fantastic for Sunday School classes

The small church I serve has a "one-room schoolhouse" for our children, and since we follow the rotation model of Christian education, we do extended units on various Bible stories over several weeks. The children at our church LOVE to cook, and so I've used a number of recipes from this book. It is easy to read, easy to adapt for our setting, and the lessons are presented in a very fun and accessible manner for Christians of varying theological perspectives. I bet it would be wonderful for families, too!
