I learnt a lot from reading In Touch

I learnt a great deal from reading 'In Touch'. The material was presented in a sensitive and honest way and I feel that there are many ideas there that I could use to improve my life and my relationship with my partner. I now feel more comfortable with dealing with facets of my own sexuality. 'In Touch' has shown me how important communication with my partner is and how this can be improved.I feel better educated, less embarrassed and more hopeful as a result of reading this book. I have tried some of the exercises with my partner and they do work. I have always been rather shy about my body and about sex, this book encouraged me to see what a beautiful thing sex can be.

The communication lessons are so well written that I thought "hey even I can do that." In touch was the first real life book that I can apply to my life. My spouse and I were deeply enriched for having read it. It gave us hope and helped our marriage through a tough time.
