Guess pulls from the mountain sayings of her grandmother to create a salt-of-the-earth, yet eccentric character in a story that will leave you in stitches. Her zany antics with Mabel, her "sister-in-law for whom she has little use," are unbelievably funny. The chemistry between the two provide a comedic tension that reminds you of the relative in your family you "love to hate!" The adventures don't stop with the first volume, check out the second volume, "Precious Memories" for more fun and frivolity.
