Recreates the death of millionaire Stan Cohen, in a vivid account of a Cinderella story gone wrong--with a vicious courtroom battle to decide if Cohen's coke-snorting wife or greedy children were responsible for his cold-blooded murder. Reprint.
Carol Soret Cope does a pretty good job with this real-life murder story. Unlike some other ones I've read, such as those by Ann Rule, there's not much "suspense," but for the most part this is made up for by lots and lots of details; you won't put this book down feeling like it was a poorly researched rush job, like those "crime of the week" books that pop onto shelves immediately after something happens.
Great book- interesting read
