Fascinating review on how untenable our possession of WMD'S, especially nuclear weapons are internat

Dr. Boyle's work is for me on par with the legal and philosophical writings and minority opinions of the associate justice of the Supreme Court, William O'Douglas. Both men in their writings hold the example of persons having Kant's philosophy on knowing and acting, and giving their views to posterity. In the case of the illegality of the huge stockpile of nuclear weapons, Dr. Boyle well considered the global community move to legalize a weapons ban and legal standing. This book bears reading if one were to force a President Biden and a Democratic Party controlled Congress to do right by the people not only to give up such illegal weapons but considering global arms munitions sales and even WMD sales legitimized, that is an issue in the same vein. It is having us deliberately coming up with a new generation of nuclear power plants that are not just benign but create plutonium capable of being used in weapons, the same charges made against nations such as Iran.
