This is the best bird book for the ABC islands

The Fundashon pa Protekshon di Bestia (Animal Protection Society) compiled this guide to the birds of Curaçao, Bonaire, and Aruba. Each of the fifty birds is shown in full color photographs with excellent notes in Papiamentu, Dutch, and English. The Foreward, Preface, and "Bird life in our islands" are in all three languages as well, as is the index at the back of the book. The binding is sturdy paperback over pages sewn in quires. The pages have a dirt-repellent finish found in the best field guides. The Fundashon pa Protekshon di Bestia should be encouraged to issue a reprint of this guide and offer it for sale in all the book stores and airports on the ABC islands. There is a definite market for this title!
