Immunocytochemical reactions occur in the Crino d: Antedon bifida, in the Asterids: Asterina gibbosa and Asterias rubens.Various antigens (HRP or Horse-radish peroxydase, Alkalin phosphatase) were injected in the animal's coelomic cavity. Animals were "immunized".
