If you feel alone because odd things make you ill, then read
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 22 years ago
This book is written from REAL experience, the author is not out to sell books, but to help people. She experienced a very real thing, and something that is happening more and more. So many people react to things all around them, and don't even know what is making them feel so lousy. Feeling spacy? Dizzy? Short of breath? Been to the doctor, and he couldn't help you? Does the smell of a magic marker make you feel ill? Do you feel achy all day after you've worked with bleach? Are you exhausted most of the time? Any of these symptoms can be caused by the chemicals around you. These symptoms are becoming very common, but most people will look at you odd when you tell them. This book will make your realize that you are not alone. She also goes into a full explanation on how she recovered, including the program she went on (something you can do without a doctor's help)to recover, plus references to several different places that you can purchase what you need. This book helped me to finally figure out why my 15 year old daughter had been ill for several years - always exhausted too. She went on a cleansing program, following many guidelines from this book. After only six weeks, she had more ambition and energy than she had in years. We are SO happy about this! Sugar was a big part of her problem. She still gets shooting pains up her arms, and feels generally ill and tired if she has anything with refined sugar (white or brown sugar) in it. It's good to know what makes her sick!....P>I only gave it four stars (even though the value of it is worth five, or maybe lifesaving to some) because the writing skills may disappoint some readers. But remember, this book was written by a real person who has real experience, not an accomplished author.
