Healing!!!

This book is needed in anyone's life who wants to start self-healing; to make sense out of any trauma or past experiences that have been a block in your life. This book was recommended to me by a friend and I purchased it last year. My outlook on life has changed dramatically, where I used to always ask "Why?" and get sad and angry. Now when something happens or I think of past events, I'm like, "OK, the lesson in that was..." This book also offers tips like massage, sound therapy, and journal writing to help with the healing process. If you want self-healing and understanding, this book is a MUST-READ!!!
