Makes you think...

This is a thoughful and sincere way to plan for the unexpected. It makes you think and puts you in the survivor's shoes. I'm more at ease now that any questions that may arise can be more easily answered. Everyone should have this book either for themselves or for a loved one.

Mom loved the gift

Recently I bought this book for my mother as a gift thinking she could use it to get her papers and financial information under control before "something happens to (her)". I didnt know if she needed it, or would even want it, but got it anyway. I mailed it to her in Florida (which was hit by hurricanes last year) and she just received it. Her email to me said, "I had an appt with my financial advisor to go over something like this, but now I am going to cancel the appt. This book is EXACTLY what I am looking for." She even said that she was going to show it to her friends as they might be interested in the book as well!

A must have

I live in Florida, and last year's hurricane season was unbelievably stressful. While I was fortunately OK, some of my fellow Floridians saw their lives turned upside down overnight. This has made me much more aware of the need to be prepared if something happens. I interviewed Joe on my radio show EverydayWealth Radio, and had the opportunity to review his book as well. In summary, it's an excellent guide for all of us -- single, married, kids or without -- to get our financial matters in order just in case. Something like a major storm, fire etc. could make this book invaluable for finding all your information quickly. The next hurricane season is upon us, and I am using If Something Happens to Me as part of my preparations. Just in case!

I handle my family's finances. After being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, this book helped settle my nerves. This is a fantastic workbook for those who have children or parents that are retired. My husband and I have looked all over for years for this type of help. This book has helped us organize all our financial and legal affairs for our children in case something were to happen to us. This book is a huge time saver and has helped us organize all of our information!
