Excellent Book

I have just discovered Linda Nichols, and this is the second book I have read by her. I am yet to be disappointed. I am someone who loves to read, but I quickly get impatient with books that give too much information or not enough. She keeps me interested. Her pace is excellent, and her characters are believable.

Wonderful read, didn't want to put it down

I read extensively, usually at least a couple of books per week, and this book was fabulous. I have read many an average book in my time, but this book would never be in that category. It grabbed you from the beginning page and didn't let go until the last sentence. The author tells a wonderful story, and her descriptive writing makes you feel the plight of each character. I couldn't put the book down. I can't wait to read this author's other books.

Could hardly stand to put it down!!!

I've read all of Nichols' books, and must say she is one of the best! She uses the most vivid descriptions, keeping my attention from start to finish! Months later, I still find myself going back to reference inspirational messages that I want to share with others! Highly recommend!

A wonderful book!

A wonderful book! I was divorced 10 years ago and I must say this book helped me look at my life after the divorce from a whole new perspective. After finishing it I felt as if I were looking at the world and my life with different eyes. It help to reaffirm my faith and made me see how much bitterness had been weighing me down.

Hard to put down

This book was so hard to put down. The story was about a young couple with a son who end up going their separate ways after Daniel does not answer a very important question by young Lenore. The book takes the reader through 15 years of their lives.Lenore becomes a Christian as she struggles with life as a single mom to Scott. She is blessed with a great job, great friends, and a great home. Daniel, in contrast, is as far away from God as he gets. He lives a lifestyle as a Hollywood actor, but gets wrapped up in alcohol, debt, and multiple divorces. At the end of the book, Lenore and Daniel are in each other's lives again. This book was so interesting to read. I had a very hard time putting this book down. The characters were interesting and easy to relate to. You could really feel the emotions of the various characters.
