Touching

This is my second Per Petterson novel (second to Out Stealing Horses), and this one is just as captivating as the first. Petterson has a very distinct writing style - very casual, free flowing. What he writes about isn't extraordinary or earth shattering, but he finds a beautiful way to turn the mundane things in life into heartfelt experiences. He's one of my favorite authors.
