A book I couldn't put down

The story touched me to my core. A beautiful story of orphaned baby Eastern Bluebirds that made me laugh and cry. I started reading it late at night and could not put it down until I couldn't fight the sleepiness that overcame me. I finished it the next day because the book was just that good. This book is a great read for any age. It teaches us to take care of Earth and all that live within it with love and respect. We are all connected so to harm one is to harm many others.

This is a wonderful book. I recommend it to everyone. It teaches you about choices and how to deal with life as well as telling the wonderful story about Samson and Baby Sister. I knew Dr. Brunell, unfortunately only for a short time, but I consider myself fortunate to have known her and will always treasure the time I spent with her.

A True Work Of Art For the Human Soul...

This has to be one of the best books I have ever read. I guess personally having met Ms. Brunell, just makes it even more special. She has related a very touching story about Samson and Baby Sister, two bluebirds she adopted and raised. It is both funny and bittersweet, as you follow the lives of these two little birds. If you love stories about the human spirit, and overcoming, you will be able to relate to this beautifully told account. If you are ever down, and need a lift, this story is just the right one for you. I treasure my autographed copy, and will read it again, and again.
