I Can’t Find Fred

About the book; I can't find Fred is a lovely little rhyming story for early readers and young children. A little boy can't find his puppy anywhere! He checks the garden and then the house trying to find Fred. It encourages the child to help find the puppy but also the rhyming words also encourages their reading. About the Author; Shay Elder is now 18 years old and studying gaming at college, Shay has Autism and hearing loss and was non verbal until he was nearly five . To help encourage him to talk and improve his vocabulary his mum Nuala would help make up short rhyming stories and Shay loved them, so these stories were written down and kept. Recently Shay came across all the stories and decided he wanted to turn these stories into books. The first book 'The Magical Forest' was published in November 2019 with fantastic reviews and responses. This is Shays second book published, and the third book is currently under illustration and is a beautiful story called 'How Much Does Mummy Love Me' .
