I Am A Living Witness

" I Am A Living Witness, " is an extraordinary account of how God, the Creator has worked in my life through every phase. I was not there when the children of Israel came out of Egypt; with great signs and wonders,and with an outstretch arm by the Great Powerful God, Divine Intelligence, Cosmic King, Almighty, God. However, I have experience my own personal Egypt( Egypt means Matzrim in Hebrew). To me the word Matzrim sounds like miserable. My perception of the slavery of the children of Israel in Egypt was miserable; being slaves to Pharaoh. I was a slave to illegal drugs( crack cocaine, 26 years ago), and I was miserable.God has done great signs and wonders in my life, that I have seen with my own eyes. I will never forget what God, has done for me, I will never forget how He set me free. Acknowledging that only the Almighty, All Knowing, and all Merciful God, has done for me. He can and will do also for you. He has not done these things because of my righteousness ( oh- no),but because He is abundant in mercy. When you read, "I Am A Living Witness, " you will notice the holy bible verses, that maybe a direct collation or connection to my many testimonies ( it maybe a good idea to take out your bible, if you wish). The title was create because it speak volumes of my life, and it is exactly what I have become; I A living Witness," because of the many times I could have died. But, God step right in and put His angels in charge over of me. Hallelujah!God has delivered me over, and over, and over again! Yes, I have seen His glory. My heartfelt prayer( where ever you are in the world), is that your faith increase, and that something in this book would move you to live a life that your light would shine, and you ( yes you), would believe God! If you need help, strength, or encouragement there are three scriptures that has helped me believe God and allowed me to trust. He can , and will help me according to His will and your faith.( God's 13 attributes) Exodus 34:6&7: "Lord, Lord, a God merciful, and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving -kindness, and truth, preserving loving-kindness for thousands, pardoning error, and transgression, and sin." NKJV bible: Jeremiah 32: 17 &27; " Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretch arm."27:" Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? Jamieson-Fausset- Brown Bible Commentary:Isaiah 55:10-11:" For as rain and the snow come down form heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth, and making it bear, and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower, and bread to the eater; 11: So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it." Although, I am a female and wanted this book originally to reach woman only, my intentions have changed because these vignettes of my life may reach males as well. Everyone ( sooner or later), has had their share of trials, challenges, obstacles, and traumas in life that has held us back from going forward. When I get upset, cry, or have a difficult problem to face;I would first pray, then I write the problem, or situation, and solution on paper; then I would pray again, just for God's direction and help. All that writing helped me to create, " I AM A Living Witness, " that is how this book first began. "May God bless you, real-good." Truly Sheila D.
