We ARE Consciousness

This excellent book by a True Spiritual Master (aka Chilean Hermetic Master Dario Salas Sommer) should be read along with his, The Stellar Man, and Master Samael Aun Weor's, The Perfect Matrimony. Before leaving Chile, I spent about one year at The Institute of Heremtic Philosophy, and was able to attend most of this Hermetic Master's Monday evening discourses, usually attended by a few hundred people. This Master is one of "Those Who Know;" at that time (1980s) he was one of seven hermetic masters in the world. He can certainly be trusted. Others, like the Prophet spouses, I do not trust. They can't even spell Master Djwhal Khul's name correctly in their literature they claim to channel! Beware and be aware when doing your own homework. Find sources that can be trusted. Any doubt requires more homework. Trust this source!

disciplined practice of exercises exposed in this book help to achieve a higher level of awareness. But it does not guide in what to do next.....

A must read for anyone with stress in their life

This book contains deep commentary on humanity's low level of awareness that touched me immensely, but it is also quite simply a manual for practical methods of stress reduction. When I actually manage to overcome my laziness and practice the exercises Baines suggests, my whole perspective on life becomes more positive and relaxed and I begin to succeed in areas I never believed I could.
