Staffing, benefits, organization design and structure are all outlined as they relate to strategic planning. Walker also emphasizes the planning of human resource strategies for those issues directly related to other business strategies that are helpful in building a competitive edge or maintaining parity with other organizations. I would recommend this text to early graduate students studying business administration.
