This book is an excellent reference provided with clear explanations for understanding Human Physiology with illustrated features broken down into step by step instructions and/or diagrams and tables to help grasp information quickly when the instructions in class a little unclear. A MUST HAVE and A MUST READ!

Physiology: truly integrated approach

I used this book for a class entitled "Biochemistry of the Major Organs". We didn't read a lot of it, but it's well written and helps to get the big picture.

excellent text! Dr. Dee does a great job at explaining the integration of the body's systems. easy to read text, though not overly simplified; wonderful flow charts & diagrams (these are what got me an A in the class seeing as how i'm a visual learner); "running problems" through out the chapters that test your knowledge along the way. i also highly recommend purchasing/using the accompanying CD-ROM-- very helpful.
