Hug Machine Disappointment

I enjoyed receiving the book, but was disappointed when it did not come with a book CD as advertised. I chatted with someone online & they said that I didn't choose that option. I even included the listing with the verbage. They said they couldn't do anything because I ordered the wrong one. Shortly after, I went to search for the item & it was totally removed from the site even I searched it before the chat. I certainly will not be ordering my classroom books from here again. Just be careful on your purchases!
