A very encouraging and helpful book!

I just recently read this book and have really enjoyed implementing some of the suggestions contained within. I had been a housewife for three years before becoming a stay-at-home mom nine months ago. Plus we have our own business we work from home. Needless to say, I was feeling like I needed some help in the organization and "getting it all together" departments. This book is very straightforward, helpful, real, and very much encouraging. I have felt very motivated by this book. Also there are several helpful tips that have already helped me feel more on top of things around my home. One of my favorite ideas within this book was regarding how to organize meals. I have now arranged my recipes to help me get the ingredients I need, have things ready, and make dinner without a hassle or rush. Also, some ideas with how to manage my calendar have really helped me remember birthdays and appointments. I look at my calendar more than I did before. I thought I was already trying a lot of good organizational ideas and tips out until I read this book. It is packed with insight and encouragement. I highly recommend it and will be passing it on to others. Enjoy a hassle-free homemaking experience!

Great little book

I've read this book before and found it very informative! Lots of little tidbits on making life easier in the home. I especially like the monthly menu section and the much needed section on how to set a table for almost any kind of meal. If you dont know how to manage a home this book is a great place to start. It is non threatening because it doesn't throw too much at you at once. However, it gives you information you don't find every day. It really has the potential to help you pull homemaking off like a pro! It's a keeper.
