I found this book to be very beneficial. The first section emphasizes the value of training programs by giving specific examples of struggling businesses which were aided by training programs. This book was insightful and full of easy-to-understand instructions on how to start a training program. From needs analysis through development, to marketing and delivery, this was a very useful book for learning the basics - in a hurry.
