I waited for this book to be finished for almost 2 years. When I finally received the book, I devoured it in one day. Rick makes the principles in the book very easy to understand and he really speaks "retail" like nobody I've ever heard before. I modified the letter found on page 96 for three major promotions in my retail shoe store and all three have been huge successes. Our last sale resulted in sales over $10,000.00 in one day and that was without giving away the store! I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is in retail and wants to learn some new and incredible ways to run a sale in their store. It will be one of the best investments you could ever make!
