Este libro fue un regalo para una amiga mia que solo le faltaba tenerle miedo a su sombra (jaja)por lo que e visto en ella le a ayudado mucho el aver ledio el libro, me doy cuenta de que si es un excelente libro y de gran ayuda a personas que les consume el miedo. Altamente recomendado!

Great Christian Look at God-Given Ways to Set Aside Irrational Fears

If you only read one book about overcoming fear, I recommend this one. Although the Bible tells us that God will fight our battles for us, many Christians act as though God has abandoned them. In this charming, positive book, Pastor Marcos Witt (Spanish pastor at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas) relates his struggles with fears (snakes and wetting the bed), depression (from doing too much touring as a singer), and not trusting God enough. In addition, he provides the kind of practical advice that many therapists suggest for those with irrational fears. Ultimately, he draws on the Bible to explain how God wants us to deal with our fears. Marcos Witt is a great story teller. I often listen to his sermons on the Internet (when he stands in for Joel Osteen, not the ones in Spanish). As I read this book, I could "hear" his voice telling these stories. I wish I had a CD version of the book to share with my family and friends who walk around feeling afraid all of the time. I think that the most important message in the book is that if your life is filed with fear, regret, and other problems . . . you don't yet have the right relationship with Jesus. Through this book, you can rededicate your life to Him and live in confidence that the only thing to fear is fear itself. Bravo, Pastor Witt!

Este libro para mi fue la pieza clave para vencer todos mis temores. En cada uno de sus capitulos encontre las tecnicas basicas que uno puede utilizar para vencer el miedo el cual nos paraliza y no nos deja ver mas haya . Aprendi a reirme de mis temores que casi siempre son solo imaginativos. Y lo mejor de todo este libro de autoayuda me hizo confiar mas en Dios, en mi misma, y en los poderes naturales que tenemos para vencer cualquier problema. Yo lo recomiendo 100% porque de verdad es una pieza clave para vencer los miedos.

Well, I tell you. I bought this book thinking that it will be just another book to give me some basic advice on overcoming fear. It did that and so much more. It explained how to handle fear from a biblical sense. Not only did Marcos give you the actual scriptures for you to reference yourself but his interpretations were relatable to everyone. I read it from start to finish. Great book!
