Great book for the Want to be Successful Realtor

Have you ever heard of going back to the basics? Every realtor in their career has to do just that on occasion and this is a great book to use as your guideline for doing so. You can expand on the ideas and be resourceful in your own ideas as well. For all your friends and acquaintances that say they have thought or would like to get into real estate, this is a great book for them to use as a guideline. While not everyone will agree with every detail, there isn't a book out there that you will. Take the ideas and run!! If you gained one thing from all books and speakers, think of the possibilities?!

Awesome, Aweome, Awesome

I can't tell you how charged up I was after reading Darryl's book. With the real estate market not doing so hot I was really thinking that I would have to leave this business. But after I read this book I psyched myself up and I am back in the game. Darryl gives you tools and different ways to look at things. I think this book is great for the new realtor and even great for a seasoned realtor who is "stuck in his/her ways". Really a great book. Hats off
