I got this book as a gift. I like the idea of the book - that anybody can have the dancer's physique. The book is composed of several parts of illustrated stretching methods. I like it because it does not have too much 'theory' and gets right to practical lessons. Basically the lessons are very similar to the stretching methods that you see in yoga, pilates, etc. But even to myself who practiced yoga for more than ten years, there are several routines that I am completely new to. This is a compact book and I like taking this with me when I travel. It has definitely helped me to stand tall and make my torso feel elongated.
