the best self help book

When I started to read this book I thought it would be just about my "difficult man". What I found was so much more.This was also about me and how I can empower myself to change. I liked this book because the concepts and the language was not hard to understand. Women as well as men should read this book and we would all be better of for it. I have bought books on the subject before and this is by far the best "self help" book I've ever bought.
