I used this book since 2000 when I established my own S Corporation. Read it carefully - and you will have everything you have to know about forming, maintanance, and taxation for your small business. This is guide in paperwork, too.

Unsung hero?

This book was recommended to me by a friend and I am impressed. This bookis an unsung hero. I guess that is because the author doesn't write a bunch of reviews and guides which are solely set up as informercials to push his overhyped book which isn't that good, I've seen it.How to Form Your Own S-Corporation and Avoid Double Taxation is a real winner and will tell you what you want to know. Two other good books include Small Business Start-Up Kit: S-Corporations by Dan Sitarz and How To Start Your Own "S" Corporation by Robert A. Cooke. I also recommend The Small Business Legal Kit and Form Your Own Corporation and Launch A Business in Any State by J.W.Dicks.Good luck with your business.
