This book was literally trashed

I am furious with this seller, the website said this book was in very good condition but there is a big stain on the front and food stains throughout the pages. I think there is a booger on the cover but I’m not sure what it is. There is a rip down the spine, some pages are stuck together. I’m honestly scared to read it because I might get the plague or pink eye. Whoever sold this could have at least put a cover on this to cover it up but it had no cover and all of the gross stuff on it. I understand that it won’t be perfect and it is hard to keep a book looking pretty but it feels like this book was sitting in the trash for a bit before it was sold. I hope the book is still good though
