The greatest book to read for your healing journey!

How to Do The Work is my absolute favorite book now! The contents of the book spoke to me and the author herself made a huge impact on me! I connected so well with the author just by her words. This book went over recent studies, explained how the body is interconnected and how many contributors affect our mental well being. It gave so many life experiences and dove deep into holistic psychology. It gave me insights I never expected and new perspectives that helped me grow and heal in different ways! I would greatly recommend giving this book a try!

It was ok

It should be called “beginners guide to…” Personally I am many steps ahead, having already applied many of her suggestions and work. I did pull out a couple things I needed to hear, and we are forever doing the work. Definitely a good place to start your journey. But if you already have lots of tools and habits in place and are familiar with the nervous system you don’t need this.
