The author methodically explains the essential elements of running productive meetings in a clear and logical way. The book is easy to read and use and is a standard guidebook that anyone can use. The book covers all the meeting essentials including planning, creating an agenda, moderating conflict, stimulating discussion and participation, keeping a meeting focused, summarizing action items, problem solving, decision making, writing good minutes and following up on the meeting. This is a very useful book whether you are the meeting leader, facilitator or participate in a meeting. It contains useful and often novel tips and techniques to ensure that a meeting is productive.
