Excellent - but it's not about Judaism

Debate and dialogue are two of the strongest tools to arrive at truth. This small book is a collection of letters between Zola Levitt and a boyhood chum discussing Zola's faith in his Messiah and his friend's skepticism about God in general and Christianity specifically. With his readable writing style, Zola answers questions about Christianity's similarities to ancient religions and myths, answered prayer, hearing God "speak," and things such as these.Zola details how, the first time he read the New Testament, he was struck with its genuineness ("The writing was so bad, it HAD to be true eyewitness testimony.") and the JEWISHNESS of it.This book is not a collection of scientific proofs and undeniable facts, and may not convince the hard-core skeptic of the truth of Christianity, but it is an excellent resource for someone sitting on the fence to read one man's heartfelt declaration of his faith in his God, and his Messiah It also serves as an example for the Christian who would like to evangelize to see that one does not necessarily have to push for conversion on the first encounter.
