Disturbing and lovely

I lost my copy of this book years ago and had to buy a used copy because I wanted to reread it badly. The poems here are dark, disturbing, and lovely. Kasischke shows the magical, often depressing and violent, and even fantastic elements of everyday suburban life. This is a truly excellent book of poems.
