This is a must read!!!

What a wonderfull book! I love it. I have read this book 4 times and will never get enough of it. Read it in one day, could not put it down. My favorite book by far.

Super Early Pioneer Story

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel about early pioneer days in the Logan, Utah area. This story tells about the early days of building the Logan Mormon Temple and the hardships that the people had. If you enjoy pioneer stories and authentic and meticulous research on the Logan Temple and this area, you will love this book. Annette really brings the history behind this temple close to home. I highly recommend this beautifully written novel. This is just the first in a series about early Mormon Temples.

Excellent Historical Fiction

Overcoming severe tragedy, Lizzy Sullivan is soon faced with the most important decision of her life. She must choose between two good men, one who is not a member of her close-knit faith, the other who she always considered as only a friend. This novel touches on human frailties including prejudice and timeless questions every young women must ask herself. This novel was obviously well-researched and is filled with fascinating details from the 1870's era--set in the small town of Logan, Utah. Readers who are curious about the sacrifices that the Mormon settlers went through to build their beautiful temples will find this book informative and entertaining!
