Damaged product

Very disappointed with this DVD. The case is cracked in 3 different spots. Literally had to pull broken plastic off so my son didn’t get cut. The disc is covered with smudges on both sides. In order to watch Hotel Transylvania, you must fast forward through 2 parts, due to the movie freezing up from apparent scratches. After the second freeze up it was ejected and thrown in the garbage. This item should have been listed as poor. As for the movies.... we have seen them both before. Definitely worth seeing!
