I just want to drop a quick review for this book. I never do this review stuff, but I felt I had to for this program. This is the only diet that has worked for me. I have used them all from South Beach to Atkins, and this is the one that got me the results that I wanted. It is well written and completely user friendly. I reccommend this program to anyone who has not recieved the weight loss results that they wanted. I am a 19 year old college student and was able to follow this program to the T, even though I routinely was up late, out partying and enjoying the college life. I think that the best thing is that my mom did it too, and she hasn't been in college for a long, long time! We chose the eight week plan as opposed to the ten week one and now we both feel great, lost weight and look and feel a thousand times better!

Ok...Heres the deal!!! This book is awesome period!! I've read many many things in my lifetime but this book has it all...from nutritional facts to providing different excercises to even easy and good tasting recipes (and drinks :-)!!! I used Mike's plan 2 years while at school and believe me it works. I was able to transform my body from a boney and skinny 130 to a cut up and musculular 155lbs. I was still a fulltime student and had a part time job. I have also never felt so excited to wake up in the morning and excercise...it seems like this plan gives you a boost of energy everyday. I highly reccommend it. I initially used it to get ripped for my trip on spring break to Miami. Bottom line, it paid off!

First of all, I have used ever diet on the market. I just bought this book five days ago, and already I feel better about myself. It really is motivational and actually fun to read! The author writes in a tone that allows me to believe he is a down to earth guy who dealt with weight issues just like me. This book is the real deal in diet and exercise and I hope that this young autor really recieves credit for creating a great program! If you are looking for a program that works for college kids, proffesionals, stay at home parents, or the 50 hour a week worker than this is it! I thoroughly enjoyed it and am reaping the benefits of weight loss and musccle gain every new day thanks to this program!

This book was a godsend! I grew wary of hearing about Atkins, South Beach and flash in the pan diets. This program and this author are just fantastic! Not only is the program easy, it really works! It is written in a down to earth tone that truly made it a pleasure. Not only that, he is a true motivator! Michael Kamins seems to be a rising star in the fitness field. If anyone is looking for a diet and exercise program for real people this is it! Thanks Michael, for finally allowing me to reach my goals in fitness.

I have just recently graduated from college and, I must say, I wish I'd had this wonderful book throughout those four years! Where was this book when I was putting on my "Freshman Fifteen?" I sure could've used it!! It should be available in all college bookstores and should be required reading for anyone about to embark on their college journey! Written in an extremely easy-to-understand tone that appeals to just about everyone, not only the undergrad, it is a fabulous fitness plan that has really worked for me!
