Scorching hot read

Ten years ago Dianna Kelley and Sam MacKenzie were on the verge of getting married, when tragedy struck. Being young and not knowing how to cope, Dianna ran. The years have passed, Dianna has become a well-known TV personality, Sam is still a Hot Shot firefighter. When word comes of Dianna being in a terrible car accident, Sam forgets the past and knows he needs to see her to make sure that she is okay. Dianna is shocked to see him again, though not unhappy. But danger follows and their past is thrust behind as they scurry to find a kidnapper. Can these two overcome their past to forge a future together? HOT AS SIN is definitely a scorcher. Bella Andre created phenomenal characters in a backdrop that was easy to slip into and follow along. I absolutely loved how Ms. Andre kept Dianna and Sam from keeping the past in the past, forcing them to bring their problems to the forefront, where they had to talk about them and work them out. Their chemistry ignited the pages with their smoldering passion, but not only that, we were able to see them as two people who had more in common than great sex. I was a bit perturbed that Sam's young age was continuously brought up when speaking of the past mistakes, but Dianna's even younger age wasn't mentioned until much later in the story. I was absolutely able to understand them both so much better when I realized just how young the were when they first parted. I'm avidly awaiting June 2010, when Connor's story, NEVER TOO HOT comes out. Bella Andre is an auto-buy for me, and her Hot Shot series is not to be missed. Reviewed for: Night Owl Romance

Waiting on the next one

I read a few negative reviews on this book but still wanted to read it after reading the first book Wild Heat. Sam and Dianna's story was a good read and you felt for the up brining that both Dianna and April had. Sam and Dianna's previous relationship showed that they where not mature enough to be together and even though the 10 years they where seperated was not what either wanted the time to find their feet and then refind each other was a good read. My only disappointment was with the ending, you understand that they will work it all out but I wanted to know how they where going to stay together and still juggle thier respective careers? Maybe in Sam's brother Connor's book coming next she may touch on it? But my recommendation if you liked the first one go forth and read this one.

i love Bella Andre so naturally this book is awesome!!! i would definitely recommend this book to any modern romance novel fan.

Waiting on the next book

I really enjoyed this book. I read the first one, Wild Heat. My interest was caught from the first page. I prefer to read books in order, so I would suggest you get both books and read them back to back.

great romantic suspens
