This is an excellent thought provoking easy to use tool to anyone seeking help in overcoming sexual addiction and/or obsessive sexual thoughts. It could be of help to other seeking a step by step approach to working through the 12 steps. I am using it and have found the process of writing down the answers is transforming my recovery.. albeit NOT perfect.. its about progress and this is a good progress tool.. even better when you use it working with someone else.
