A bit beat up

Great pictures and nice clear type. Inside, the book looks unused; outside, a bit beat up. My favorite features are the state specialties (page numbers would have improved this) and resources. Only when you move away from New England do you realize how good your hometown favorites are. This book will help you reconnect but don’t expect totally traditional recipes. No RI clear chowder or clam cakes.
