Its mainly just examples of forms, contracts, reports w/ few tips on actual inspection

The author is an 'old pro' (like it says in the title). I can tell this author knows what hes talking about so I feel I could trust what he is writing. The problem however is that the text is disorganized and is mainly just examples of certain items. For example, 60+ pages is just terms used in mold & home inspection report findings. Though useful, these would be found on the Internet. He also doesnt give many tips for home inspecting BUT he does give step-by-steps for doing a mold inspection & remediation. Overall, its a bit overpriced I would think 10-15$ would be a fair price for the value it contains.
