Sofia Antzaka was born in 1927 in Greece. From a very early age she was troubled by the existential questions "Who am I?", "Why do I live?", "What is the Meaning of life if it is to end up in death?". These questions were so tormenting that didn't allow her to be involved in anything else not even in her studies. Therefore she rejected the offer of a rare scholarship of studying abroad. Sofia Antzaka is the author of the twelve volume work "Holy Marriage" in which she recorded all the intermediary stages that she went through herself in the process of self-knowledge. In a more concise and condescended form, this process is presented in her work "From Egocentrism to Clear Consciousness". In the last years of her life she lived in Litochoro of Pieria trying to diffuse the abundant fruits of her work of self-knowledge, the gifts of the depth, to all that turned to her prompted by her writing.
